Business Etiquette

Credibility and confidence in professional contexts

In short

A business etiquette course for professionals, managers and companies who know how much a first impression counts.

Corporate etiquette applied to professional contexts: image, communication, relationships and reputation, online and offline.

An inclusive and always up-to-date language, to build credibility and authority without raising your voice.

Who it's
for

Companies and teams, managers and senior figures, professionals who know how much a consistent image weighs on the trust they receive.
And those who have understood that competence, on its own, sometimes isn't enough to be remembered.

Objectives

• Being perceived from the start as someone who can be trusted.
• Communicating with courtesy and confidence, in person, in writing and online.
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, colleagues and collaborators.
• Standing out with authority, without raising your voice, even in difficult moments.
• Keeping physical and digital presence aligned: today they speak about us at the same time.

Topics covered

• The first impression: how image, voice and words tell others who we are.
• Corporate etiquette: an inclusive and always up-to-date language.
• The body speaks: posture, gestures, gaze, use of space.
• Professional dress code: dressing without disguising.
• Welcoming in the workplace: clients, suppliers, the new arrival.
• Introductions, greetings and the courtesy of meetings.
• Time is respect: punctuality, meetings, speaking turns.
• Communicating clearly and knowing how to manage discussions.
• Knowing how to write: emails, letters and invitations.
• Online: LinkedIn, social media, and the reputation that precedes us.
• Business lunches and dinners: when the table becomes work.
• On stage: public speaking and managing your presence.
• Personal branding and consistency: between what you show and what you are.

Where to start

To start, I recommend a path of 4 sessions of an hour and a half each, dedicated to the fundamental topics:

• The basics of professional behavior and body language: how we position ourselves and what we communicate without speaking.
• Professional image and dressing appropriately for the context.
• The art of welcoming, inside and outside the company.
• Written communication and the ability to present yourself effectively on every occasion.
