Protocol

Details that matter

Protocol: an investment for success

Organizing an event is not just about aesthetics; it also requires following rules that ensure order and professionalism.

These principles, applicable to both private and official occasions, help make every guest feel welcomed and special.

The golden rule

An official photograph depicting two representatives of two nations side by side can already say a lot. If the golden rule of etiquette has been followed, a glance at it is enough to understand who is hosting and who is being hosted.

It is the so-called “rule of the right ”, perhaps the principle best known to those involved in ceremonial: it serves to define the order of precedence and placement – in seating, at the speakers' tables, during convivial moments or in the stalls.

Adapting rules to the context

There are different types of ceremonies, not just state ones: ecclesiastical, sporting, academic, naval, diplomatic and others.

Everyone finds their place in their own sphere and contributes to giving order and authority to the event.

That's why I work alongside companies and organizations as a ceremonial master, taking care of every detail: from invitations to seating arrangements, to directing the official event.
